I usually ship next day, sometimes even day of!
For this reason, I do no accept cancelations on orders. This is reiterated in my return policy/terms of services agreement during check out.
I don't even have control over your money until Shopify pays it out to me (which sometimes takes weeks after an order is already purchased).
I made these items by hand, please don't hurt my feelings!
I'm also Immune-compromised so I will always have anything I make thoroughly cleansed since I too am at risk of getting sick easier than others. THIS IS ALSO A REASON I CANNOT DO RETURNS!
I will always do my best to give accurate descriptions and package your items securely!

I try my best to include anything that may be a potential flaw/issue with the products, size of product, and even a small description of what I used to make it. I am only human though so please be gentle!
● ANY PACKAGE DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL IS FROM THE POST OFFICE, NOT ME!
No one wants a nasty package and seeing as I hand decorate everything that goes out, of course I wouldn't want that to go to waste 💖
